To test your TENS unit, please follow these steps: 1) Press 'M' to switch between 6 main modes, 2) Press the center button to choose from the built-in 4 modes, and 3) Press '-/+' to adjust the intensity (only when the port is connected well, and pads are pasted on your body). Skin must be clean and dry. Dirty or oily skin will prevent electrode adhesion. Applying a few drops of water after usage will increase the longevity of the pads and let them dry naturally. Place pads on the holder or use plastic film to keep the gel moisture after use.
